[QUOTE="JimCarreyForYou"][QUOTE="Deihjan"]I move the tiniest amount I can. :lol:DeihjanHow do you stay so fit???? I eat nothing but sugar-filled crap :P
I'm the same. If my metabolism ever slows down, I'll be like those people on TV who can't move out of their bed.
I try to run a couple times a week but I've been slacking the last couple days. I stay in shape mostly by playing basketball...

I dunno how my metabolism is, but I'm always around the 60-70kg, and I eat like a grown man. I'm pretty tall for a girl, sooo.... But I'm nothing but fat and skin, no muscles :lol:I used to jog a few times a week for about 30mins but as there are no parks near where I live I had to just run round the block and running on a hard surface like tarmac caused problems with an old ankle injury. I've since joined a gym and run on a treadmill which is easier on the ankles and can also use different equipment to exercise other parts of my body. Only down side is the cost but student discount sorts that out.
[QUOTE="hydralisk86"]I dunno man, I've heard that doing a lot of running on the pavement can ruin your legs. I would just walk.alexbaricco
True, although it can depend on how naturally athletic/strong your body is. Personally I've had a lot of problems with joints and my back (100s of dollars on chiropractic) from running on concrete. And I've also got Haglund's deformity on both feet through walking a lot on pavement.
The way to go is to run on grass or sand; both can take more effort, but they result in less and wear and tear on your body over time. A treadmill or a local track might cost you money, but the physical toll is far lesser.
Yeah. Concrete sucks. My sister's knees are totally messed up from it. I run a mile on a tred at the gym and then do weight lifting. Also I got 15-20 mins on the stair when I am not running (I switch it up so I dont get bored). Every other day.Being someone who doesn't have a car yet and whose mom gave away her bike while she was at school, all I do to get around is walk, jog, and run (and sprint after my friends' cars when they honestly didn't see me standing there and "accidentally" passed by. it was only funny the first time, dammit.)
I run everyday. But in the blistering cold winters I use my treadmill :P It's apart of my workout. I ran track through my 4 years of high school....good times. *tear* Kikouken
How fast can you run a mile?

 Yeah, most people wouldn't believe me. You would have to run with me some day to see :P. I can push it and get that time...but if I was running at a pace comfortable for me I would get maybe a minute more.[QUOTE="-TheSecondSign-"][QUOTE="Kikouken"] From high school till now hasn't really changed much for me. I never did anything special, I just started running.
