I stopped my cable tv package in March due to the fact I just didn't watch more than 2-3 hours of tv a week. The only channels I did watch were History, Discovery and Nat Geo but paying £20 or $32 a month for about 200 channels I never watched wasn't worth it

I used to watch all kinds of documentaries back in high-school. Those about snakes, spiders and sharks were my favorite in addition to various ones about mysterious locations around the globe. Nowadays I' m too busy with studying for uni to watch any of them :(

The only thing I watch on tv is sports, the science/history/discovery channels and "The Walking Dead" series. Sometimes I'll watch the news for the wheather report.

I like watching things on nature. I couldn't care less about the stories of animals in captivity and what they're up to though. Watching the personal stories of animals in the wild feels more real. Or even just insects.

I don't watch much tv right now, though I've always loved the History and Discovery channels. I'm not sure if I have the National Geographic channel. Though last week I was visiting family and they were watching Rocket City Rednecks and I never knew such a show existed but now I think it may be amazing.

Not since they started pandering with shows like "American Gypsies" and "Ancient Aliens". Those channels are a mockery of what they once stood for.
