Does anybody remember the Land Before Time Movies?

I remember them. They were horrible, depressing movies.

I recently saw the first one on TV, or at least the ending portion. Cried hysterically. They're f-ing depressing. Had half decent music for little kids though.XilePrincess

I certainly remember them. I think I only ever saw a couple of the movies though.

The first movie I have watched recently (I have all of them on VHS). It's one of the darkest kids movies ever made, IMO. It's very, very good.

The first movie was one of my childhood favorites. I must have watched it a dozen times. I didn't pay any attention to the sequels.

Yes, I watched them with a unhealthy obsesion when I was a kid.

Even the horible sequels(wow, they did not age well).

That said number one is a clas sic, emotional movie.

The first is great.

The rest are worse than bad.

No it wasn't good at all, it was terrible and they should feel terrible.

It was cartoon and I watched anything that was cartoon when I was a kid. I probably only saw up to 3 or so.... I was surprised to hear a few years ago that it had like 10 movies in the series.flipin_jackass

I heard the original cut got edited pretty heavily by Spielberg to tone down some of the dino violence.

Good memories. Wanted to see the first one but they only had the sequels on netflix.

I saw some of them. First one was depressing like his mother dies right in front of him and leaves him all alone in the middle of nowhere? In the second all of the kids almost drown in the black crap and gets saved by the adult donosaurs in the nick of time (at least they didn't make it that the kids could do everythig on their own). I like the first one, the sixth with the strong dinosaur with the scar or whatever and the second with the baby T-Rex, I think its name was chomps or chomper. I used to pretend that brocolli was star food (or whatever they called leaves in the movie).
