Does anyone else despise Johnny Depp & Tim Burton?

IMO they are the worst combination EVER!
Movies like Edward Scisorhand, Corpse Bride, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory pisses me off sooo much....

Not only that, but Sweeney Todd....I was on the edge of my seat screaMING because of Depp's horrible acting...

I liked Edward Scissorhands :| So, no, I don't despise them. Sorry.Shiggums

Wasn't a fan of scissorhands, however I was like, 5 so I was pretty freaked out by it..

But I loved Sweeney Todd and Charlie and the chocolate factory was entertaining. I love Johnny Depp, he's a chameleon, he can play any part and it comes off as new. I think Tim Burton is best add adding a new twist to classics or previously made ideas(Batman, Charlie, and new to the list Sweeney Todd). His OWN movies aren't that amazing, but Nightmare before Christmas has quite the following.

So no, I don't hate them, I'm not a fanatic about either of them, but I certainly respect Burton as a visionary director and Depp as a terific actor.

I love them. I love their movies and Sweeney Todd was amazing, Johnny Depp was superb in it. I love Tim Burton's originality and twist to movies. Johnny is an incredible actor, he can take up any role he wants and be amazing every time. he's also incredibly charismatic and charming.

Burton's good. Depp's done some good stuff, although I'm not a fan of the Pirate movies besides the first one. The second and third were downright terrible. Not a reflection on Depp though.

Anyone used to watch 21 jump street? Some of you probably were'nt even born...

I beg to differ. Helena plays a great psycho, as shown by her portrayel of Beatrix in the Order of the Pheonix movie.

They are great. I love the way Tim Burton uses colours to express feelings and relations. Thinking about Edward Scissorhand.

I found that Sweeney Todd was fantastic in every way. The acting was fantastic all around but I guess I never get sick of Helena, she is fantastic. I always disliked musicals because everyone has a fantastic voice which just seems so false in every sense. Not everyone sings well and I don't see a person like Sweet Todd being a fantastic singer. I also hate how they usually cast a bass singer for him...I just don't like that. I found that Depp and Bonham Carter did fine and I really enjoyed their singing. Of course it wasn't technically perfect but why should it be? Right?

Ed Wood is always going to be Burtons best film but in the end Depp and Burton are a very excellent duo because they work so well with each other. The chemistry they have is second to none and the films they make when collaborating are always fun to watch. Burton is creative and Depp has a wonderful flair that not many people bring.

Everyone has to watch Ed Wood because it is fantastic.
