Does anyone else hate happy people?

I know I do. Maybe hate is a strong word but does anyone else get really irritated when they see some random smiling for no apparent reason, or is it just me?

The only way I could possibly imagine someone disliking another for being happy is if they're jealous of them.

Happiness is the reason for continued human existence. what is the point of living if you are not happy?

There are definitely times when it's extremely inappropriate to be happy.

As long as their happiness doesn' t affect mine in a negative way, I couldn' t care less.

Sometimes I am jealous if I am feeling unhappy, angry or anxious... but if I am in a good mood I like it. It makes me happy to see happy people. If you don't like seeing people happy you probably have deep rooted problems. BenedictArnold7

Well that's true.

Why would you hate happy people unless you are jealous of their happiness? I can understand if they are those really creepy happy people with those overly done happy voices. But I can't say I've ever seen any except for on tv.
