Yeah I had to read Collapse How Societies Choose to Fail or Succeed, Kon-Tiki, and Freakonomics, it sucked. Though I only had to read these since I took AP English.
[QUOTE="proskater40000"]yep. I had to read three "classic" novels this summer.DJG24992
oh god, that's brutal. I hope you found movie versions of them.
lol. unfortunatly none of them had movie versions.
I had to read The Scarlet Letter, several hundred pages of random/irrelevant crap for history, and basically reread my entire spanish textbook. And then there's all the work that goes with it...
What happened to summer being fun?
God the retarded schools make us do summer reading. Over the summer you are told to read a certain book and are tested on it then upcoming year, and sometimes it's more than 1 book. It so .... gay It's just gay Does anyone else have to do this crap?DJG24992
with the intelligence of the context of your post I recommend you keep reading as much as possible...
Yup, I already read the Killer Angels and Cat's Cradle - luckily I enjoyed both of them
but I've still got about 100 pages left of the Sun Also Rises which I can not bring myself to enjoy
I have to read a few chapters of my Physics book, obviously I haven't started and school starts in 2 days :)
And I'm sorry to whoever had to read Scarlet Letter, I HATED that book. I usually like "classics" but that was literally the worst thing I've ever read.
