I'm sure there are some people, but for me it's so habitual to get lit on New Years, I haven't even thought about it until now.

i'm not 21 yet but i'm going to a new years/21st/housewarming party so i'm pretty sure everyone there will be drinking like a fish
well im 20, but here in the UK the legal drinking age is 18, so I am allowed to drink alochol if I want.

I don't drink.

Why not? A glass or two of red wine every day improves blood flow to and from the heart. Are you so intent on being an elitist that you would disregard your own health?
Wait, why am I even asking? Of course you are.
I don't drink because it tastes like crap, especially wine. I'm 33 and have never drank on New Years. That doesn't mean I'm sober, however.

Though I am worried about the rumors circulating that cops will be taking blood when they pull you over to test for DWI'srawsavonNot, like, all of it, right? If you are buzzed enough that your blood alcohol is above legal, it's best not to be driving anyway, no matter how ok you feel, since your ability to judge how sober you are would also be in question. This is a hot button issue for me, as I've lost two friends to drunk drivers.
And your religion is....?I go to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.[QUOTE="Teenaged"]

Never. It's against my religion.

Well you sir are very strict with your creed. When I lived in Utah for a few years pretty much every Mormon I knew went through 6-packs of beer like nobody's business. Of course a lot of that has to do with the alcohol content in beer being lower than the surrounding states...but still, that's a lot of drinking.

I would never argue the correctness of the decisions I have made...only admit to making them -but I worry about the qualifications of an officer to draw blood and test it (they draw it like a nurse does)

Those are Jack-Mormons. They're pretty rare outside Utah and Idaho.[QUOTE="xaos"][QUOTE="rawsavon"]Though I am worried about the rumors circulating that cops will be taking blood when they pull you over to test for DWI'srawsavonNot, like, all of it, right? A lawyer once told me what to do if you get pulled over after drinking (STFU, ask for a lawyer, no stupid human tricks, go to jail...you are going anyways) -then they can get you off (no DUI or DWI, just lose license for a little while) -but this could screw that plan
