No it doesn't. I've heard this advice over and over, and doing so makes girls run fast and far in the opposite direction. I'm just not "cool" and suave enough for them. I'm pretty much a dork, am generally serious and have a very hard time making people laugh. It's obvious I make girls very uncomfortable. Being myself doesn't work, I can't fake it, so basically I've just started to not give a ****.

When I'm comfortable, yes, I have no problem attracting girls. I'm quite good at holding a conversation and I have a pretty good sense of humor. If you can make a girl laugh then you're already half way there.

Im surprised girls tell me they like me because im different and they like me because I act as myself. Being myself has worked with two girls and I liked them both. Yeah, it works with girls, but not with women. A woman doesn't care about anything other than theman'swallet. They don't see men, they see wallets. In fact it's always about whateverthe male is worth. For girls boys are valued by the increase or decrease of status that comes with the relationship. For women it's how much the man is worth.

I became friends with a girl where I told her to F*** off from the get go and ended having a 3 hour discussion on psychology and what super heroes or master villians we would be. Besides the F*** off part being yourself works.

When I was younger being myself resulted in me being shy around girls and I had a hard time actually talking because I was insanely shy. I started to realize this whenI was in 8th gradeand fixedthe way I usually acted around girlsand tired to be a bit more talkative and funny around them(butI only acted funny around them on certain occassions) and I was still somewhat shy around girls still.Being yourself works,but if you do have to change how you act around agirls don't changed how you act around them a lot.

If being yourself means you're a rich, confident, handsome man with clean nails and interesting shoes then...yes.
