I've done some pretty bad things (inb4wegotabadass), and I have no doubt it's gonna catch up with me. I've been thinking about it a lot lately.

What about you guys?

Karma, by definition, is a conscious authority that punishes/rewards behaviour. I believe in this authority.

Not remotely. The worst people seem to rise to the top almost always. We're lead by the least of us. Anti-karma that racks up more benefits for abominable behavior would be more convincing.

No. But I do believe in reverse karma. Good things happen to bad people, and very bad things happen to good people. ie. Cancer.

Karma defined as a higher power that exacts retribution for prior acts which may not have resulted in retribution on their own? No. Karma defined as reasonably expected consequences for certain acts (e.g. imprisonment for criminal activity)? Yes.

I believe in it sometimes, Karma usually happens to me when I do something wrong. I do a lot of wrong unintentionally too. I feel hideous and like a complete loser but I have learned to take pride in that I guess.

Someone has to fail for someone to succeed. Someone has to be a loser for someone to be a winner. Like if I do not get a job, I atleast take pride in the fact that I attempted to get a job and in my attempt someone else succeeded. Sure they would probably have one without me losing but we need winners and losers. We need the rich and the poor, we need the ugly and beautiful. I am proud to inhabit the lower caste of society. In a twisted way I am a successful failure, I am a "winner" in the sense that I let people down, etc. I really do not want to go in a detailed long post because I think you get the gist of what I am saying.

Wrong. "Karma" simply means "action". Karma is nothing more than the very natural law of cause and effect. In other words: act like a dick and people will treat you like a dick. Act like a non-dick and people won't treat you like a dick. Act like a doormat and people will walk all over you. That is karma.

Wrong. "Karma" actually means "judgement". Where an omnipotent pencil pusher divides our actions into two categories. "Good" and "bad". Do some good get some good. Do some bad get some bad.

Not in a 'force' or entity. But I do believe that one's actions cause things to happen to them/have consequences. It happens on both the micro and macro scales. For example, you go in to a place to eat and act like an ass. You are more likely to receive bad service than if you acted nice (ever notice how all the people that don't tip, act like an ass, etc seem to be the ones that say they get bad service)...but that is just a small instance (micro scale). It also permeates one's entire life. The way you act over the course of your life causes others to form an opinion about you, and this, in turn, affects how others treat you...your reputation precedes you. So what goes around generally does come back around. It is just a result of your own actions and others reacting to that versus some being or force throwing it back at you

The cause/effect thingy to an extent, but it's hardly a one-way valve which rewards good behavior and punishes bad.
