I do. Living alone made me learn, I'm actually a pretty good cook. Not afraid to mix sh!t up and make something weird that actualy tastes good. >.>

I cooked for myself through grad school, and I do the lion's share of the cooking now, just the same as my Dad did at home.

I know how to cook well enough to feed myself, yes. Whether I know how to cook well enough that other people would actually enjoy it is another question entirely.

As for as what my "special dish" is, I'll say Chicken Bog and baked Macaroni. Chicken Bog is a local dish consisting of rice, chicken, sausage, and spices. Here is an actual picture of the last time I cooked it.

i learned because my mother doesn't cook... SO if i wanted to eat some real food i had to cook.

cooking has become my way of winding down after work, but I've been cooking for years.

My specialties aren't really anything very fancy. I make pretty mean burgers and omelettes, but I'm quite capable of making lasagna, steak, and various other more fancy things.

I like to believe I am a pretty good cook. I prefer grilling and BBQing though I can cook on the stove top and bake stuff in the oven. I am always looking for new stuff to make and often find new recipes online.

Been cooking since I was real young. I love being able to make something new.

I love to cook. My specialties are gumbo and chilli.

I also love to cook - I love Asian, Persian, and Mexican but also enjoy English food.

I make my own Halaya, chicken or pork tocino, char Kway teow etc.

ashe reshte is an especially good dish and not hard to make.

if you want something easy for english food there is bangors or sausage and mash.

bubbles and squeek is easy - just fry up some diced potato and onion.

im ok. ust starting to really get into it and getting more creative and such.

ive had to start seasoning my own steaks and such, as my dad really underseasons our food.

ive been tasked with making meatloaf several times. mom says i make it better than my dad:P last time i made it, i added extra ingredients from what my dad uses(he uses egg and bread crumbs) i added some worcestershire sauce, this bacon molasses seasoning we have, some ketchup and some bbq sauce. got rave reviews from my family.:D

I can cook decently, but I'm not some gourmet chef.

I did f*ck up a recipe for snickerdoodles I got off of a local amish family and somehow ended up with the most amazing cake I've ever tasted (the batter was too watery for cookies, so I just put it into a cake pan to see what would happen. It was delicious. The secret is pumpkin spice mixed with the cinammon and instead of shortening, mix 1 part butter and one part vanilla icing. I swear to god it works).

Only some simple stuff, but I'm open to learning about higher levels of cooking in the future.

I can cook it if it comes in a box or package.

I love to cook because I love to eat. Sometimes I can't be bothered, however, so I just make a sammich.:cool:

I'm okay at making popcorn. Especially when it comes premade in a bag.

One time I tried to make chocolate-covered Matzah and bread-sticks, but I burned it and it tasted awful.
