If i had an ant colony, and i decided to put gasoline on it and light it on fire and/or any other types of insect killing, would i get charges or any controversial mentions?

Somehow I doubt it, but you never know with those idiots. Personally if you desire mistreating fire ants then I suggest you try to find some antlions, kids can have fun with those little bugs, especially when an ant just stung you. :P
