That doesn't really seem wrong to me either. To go straight into a ban over that is terribly petty and arbitrary. I heard before I joined that this place was strict though this is just bad.

See him and I have both had very similar experiences with family members abusing drugs and ruining live's, him and I can relate on that.

Difference being, I've learned to see that not all people are the same, and to not let my shatty life get in the way of reality. If he can't overcome his past then his life will never improve.

Hah! I wouldnt be surprised if he got banned because he got into a scrap with a moderator about drugs and religion, and the mod didnt like his views. ;) .

I liked him though, and I seriously doubt that whatever he did wasnt deserving of a ban. Like me, he was adamant about what he believed in, and although I have never gotten suspended or banned I have gotten some warnings and one point loss if I got a bit too aggressive in my arguements.
