It gets easier as time goes on. Gradually your thoughts of tobacco will lessen and pretty soon you won't even think about it. Â You're really almost there. Â My only advice is don't ever think that you've quit long enough to have "just one" because you will almost definitely find yourself back to your old habits. Â It took me many tries to realize that.I just recently went cold turkey on my tobacco addictions (chewing and smoking) after 6 years. Â It's been absolute hell, but I've been off for 2, almost 3 weeks now.
I don't think it's possible for me to give up whiskey and/or beer.Â
