Drunk flight attendant, wants to punch you

Scary thing is, that she had 1 drink before flying... which is ok apparently. Her blood alchohol level was .03, and that means she could legally drive a car while being TWICE as hammered as that. Shouldnt you have, you know, NO BOOZE in your system if youll be driving?
I never understood that legal limit crap... If i have 1 drink im about as silly as this woman sometimes. I know i can legally drive, but am i going to? Hell no.

Well, the term legal limit is awfully misleading then. That means you can fail a field sobriety test and pass a breathilyser in the same night?Witchsight

Legal limit means that even if your are perfectly capable of driving, you will be arrested if you fail the breathalizer test. Nobody is allowed to drive with a BAC of .08 or more. If you are a danger to yourself and others, yet still under the legal limit, the police are still going to arrest you.
