Dude they kidnapped the bear and intentionally starved it and just threw in bottle of coke and "peices of left over sandwhiches." That's no damn diet for a bear. They're the ones whole killed it by literally starving it to death.Well, they shouldn't be caging the animals like that, but it's not like the soda was the thing that killed the bear and they were forcing it down the bear's throat.
And is that even Coca-Cola, or just some local cola with a red label?

[QUOTE="MediumBread"]Poor thing, im sure the rest of the animal world see human as pests that need to be destroyed Don't think they're smart enough to have that outlook.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/worldnews/article-1325854/Caged-mountain-bear-forced-drink-coca-cola-publics-amusement-dies.html
Anyone else think this would make an excellent ad campaign?

I said that the bear should not have been caged, but the title of the article makes it sound like they killed the bear by forcing him to drink Coca-Cola, which wouldn't happen. The worst thing the soda would do is give him tooth cavities. He isn't dead because they gave him soda to drink. He's dead because they starved him to death.[QUOTE="swamprat_basic"]

That's extremely terrible, yet not very surprising. Messed up stuff (especially with animals) like this can and does happen fairly easily in countries like this.paradigm68
Yeah it is pretty terrible. People who harm helpless animals are the most pathetic.

Eh I read some new research that is pretty disturbing as far as the intelligence of animals goes. There were alot of animals that had reasoning skills and actually learned things over time...kinda shocking.
