Eating has changed for me

Here is what my average day in eating is like: Very small breakfast Skip School Lunch Eat as soon as I get home (not something big, but alot bigger than breakfast) Dinner (large amount) sometimes Snack later That's what it is if I don't get hungry during a day Here is what it has been lately: Even smaller breakfast (one or two bites of food and a very small glass) skip lunch Below Average amount of dinner perhaps a glass of something later Lately it's been taking ALOT less to get me filled up on food. 2 nights ago, i couldn't finish my tamale. I LOVE TAMALES!!!!!! It's weird because it changed over such a short period of time. Any suggestions as to why?

Maybe your metabolism is plummeting.-911-
bingo....you really need to eat breakfast.....pyramid your day....heavier breakfast with lighter meals throughout the day....these days i eat about 7 meals.....

Sometimes happens to me too, though I try to eat because I know it's important

OK. I just skip breakfast, hold out until lunch, have pizza at 2:48 and then wait until 5 for more pizza. And maybe fries. I have yet to die.

You're probably right, but it's so hard to find the time. Such an important meal placed by society's etiquette in the most inconvinient of the day's time.

Maybe there's a disturbance in your body. But all I know is that you need to eat more than that if you want to function properly.

I take apples to school and snack on them every two hours until I get home. And by "snack on them," I mean eat one every two hours, not nibble on them. People need to intake a certain amount of calories to function.

Or, unless you don't have a very demanding lifeforbidden>

You've probably developed some eating disorder or you might be possibly getting sick with a stomach virus or something...but it kinda sounds serious in reality and even though you might think this won't sound appropriate, go see a doctor to check out what your eating inconsistancy is.

No matter how hungry you are, eat as much breakfast as you can, it provides most energy needed for the day. As for me, I only eat supper :P. I don't really care, I have messed up sleeping schedules anyways.

yup.....6/7 small meals a day...(though if you want to splurge breakfast is the time to do it)....
