No, you are British. But you can keep telling yourself that you aren't, if it makes you feel any better.
[QUOTE="The_Gaming_Baby"]:) Same here. I was born and live in England so am English. NOT British. What the hell are you talking about? The English are a subset of the British. :/I hate it when people call me British or say I'm from the UK. I'm English, from England.

They could have put it underneath Ireland, that would have been close enough, but the other side of Britain is a little silly regardless of how rough the diagram. I wouldn't make a euler diagram of say a man depicting his head in the location of his bum. Aha ha.That's a Euler diagram. I don't think they're trying to be geographically accurate.

What's your problem? I call myself English because that is the country I live in. I don't care if it's a subset or whatever. Do you say you live in Europe? No you don't.[QUOTE="taj7575"][QUOTE="MystikRex"] :) Same here. I was born and live in England so am English. NOT British. MystikRex

Let me put it this way. If someone asks me where I live I say Cumbria, England. Because that's the country. If I said UK or Britain that doesn't help as they aren't countries. And I wouldn't say Europe as that's not exactly specific.
