Ever been Constipated ?

Im taking a strong Pain Medication for my back (opiate) that causes Constipation. Have been taking it for a while, and have had some issues in the past, but never as bad as the past few days.
Even been taking a few different types of Laxatives, and still nothing.

Today I found some Nitric Sodium Saline Laxitive that u drink - and Awwww , yeah . . . Relief at last. Brought my laptop and Favorite Magazine (Maximum PC) in the bathroom with me, and making an Event of it !

If any of u out there have been having a rough time on the Toilet - u Have to give this stuff a Try !!

Yeah, epsom salt works great for that stuff.

However, I never get constipated. I only BM about 1-2 times a week, but that has always been normal for my digestive system, even though I eat 6k calories or more a day. My body just really likes to use everything I put in...

Yeah, I did a liver cleanse with epsom salt once...and whoa. Ever since then I've recommended it to every constipated person I have heard of, and I have never heard of it not working.

I had a barium esophogeal test about a year ago where I had to chug down this disgusting chalky stuff while getting an x-ray/ultrasound. They warned me after to eat a lot of fiber because it'll clog up my bowels real good. They weren't kidding. And when it finally came out it was as white as the barium I drank. Creepy stuff.DJ_Lae

I had to take it when I got m stomach looked at after I was throwing up everyday for an entire month...

As for the constipation issue the TC is mentioning, I have been there to the point I was seriously sick....

Also have gone a whole week without going #2...

Thankfully laxative tablets always solve the problem, and my better diet has kept it from happening again...
