I'm not really the partying type. And I don't smoke, drink or do drugs so I'd probably just end up driving everyone home then cleaning the barf out of my car the next day.
Back in my 3rd year in college, my class threw a Christmas party. There was a mobile bar, a lot of people got drunk, the lobby looked like an ER with people passed out on the floor, puke everywhere, and we got banned from the building. Good times.
I've been to a few. The most recent was New Years Eve. A friend had a party at her parents house while her parents were away. she invited a ridiculous amount of people, probably around 150-200. Anyway, the usual happened... a huge fight broke out on the street and the next door neighbours came outside and started yelling at everyone. The police turned up and everyone went home... except me and a few other people who hid in the house and went to sleep.
Nothing like Project X where a neighborhood is one fire but I've had my fair share of "over the top" parties. Most of them are usually events like DJ's shutting down an entire street to play house music and serving dollar beers or football weekends in Ann Arbor, Michigan around campus and the end of the year week long party at IU during the Little 5 weekend.
Yes, someone in my area had a Project X style party at this old building that use to be a nightclub. He sent out invites secertly and the location was top secret. It started wout with like 50 people there, then it exploded into like 300 plus people. It was fun and no it didn't get out of hand or anything like that. One of the funniest nights I ever had.

Find a friend who speaks Russian and hit some Eastern European clubs. Your life will never be the same.
a party around universities are like no other i saw people get hit by cars, a lot of gurls dressed slutty (Halloween party) , mad alcohol house parties i been to always end up with cops, fights, and gurls making out together

Why what? Not partying? Or Not drinking ect? Partying isn't my style because I abstain from most of the things that make partying essential, and the reason I abstain from them is totally out of personal preference. I don't see anything wrong with that stuff, I just don't see the fun in getting hammered.
