Ever end up on the wrong side of the road while driving?

This happened to me for the first time a few weeks ago. I chalk it up to poor visibility due to weather and not paying attention while I was turning. I basically ended up on the wrong side of a divided road. Thankfully, there were not many cars and I turned around quickly with no problem.

Has this ever happened to you? If so, what were the consequences?

lol,yeah,and the weird thing was that i didn't notice it eventhough i was seeing cars coming towards me flashing headlights.

No, but I've seen someone enter the freeway from an exit ramp. It was quite scary yet there was nothing I could do. I never found out if anything ever happened.

It's in the past, nothing happened, and it was a mistake. Who's going to testify against me for what? I've learned a valuable lesson to pay better attention in inclement weather, and that's all I'm going to take from this experience.

I did not ask for an assessment of my driving skills or whether I'm fit to drive or not. And I quite clearly said that this was the first and only time it happend to me. Honest mistakes happen, and this was one of them. Now stop bothering me.

I see it merely as a conversation topic. The goal is not to inherently have people like me more or less. It's just to talk about what happens in life, including mistakes as well as tough and dangerous situations.

I am an L-plater and i have never ended up on the opposite side of the road. I'm also told i drive better then most full-licensed drivers my friends know etc.

I just dont get scared when i drive, and feel confident whenever i'm behind the wheel. At the end i just really enjoy driving and could never get sick of it.

No. I did go down a one way stree the wrong way, but I blame confusing road signs. However, I've never been on the wrong side of a road while driving. That would seem pretty hard to do.

I have... cause I was passing a moron going 10km/h on a 50km/h and the lane to my right was full.

I made sure no car was coming, then I merged back in my lane of course.

Thats the only way to drive to have a thrill. Just like GTA

Only if I'm feeling a little adventurous, and it's around 3am and there's no other cars around... I can pretend I'm driving in America :P
