Ever given money to charity?

A few weeks ago I donated some money to charity, nothing major. But then I realised that that was the first time I had ever done it. Have you ever given to charity?

We support local schools, donate to my wife's church, and to Goodwill.

Once passed a homeless girl who was wearing nothing but mini-skirt and fishnets with a crop-top in the heart of winter and feeling sorry for her freezing to death I handed her £20. She was very grateful and offered to come back to my place and rewarded me with all kinds of favors.

I've only done it twice.Not much tho.

Yeah, always small sums that I never claim. $2 here, $5 there. Adds up over a year/life. I should give more.

Yeah. I also do a bit of volunteer work. I don't brag about it though. What I gift is my personal thing.

I've donated $50.00 to The Red Cross of America when that tsunami/earthquake hit Japan. Not the last one, you know, the one that actually did damage. I've also donated A LOT of money to Susan G komen for breast cancer.

Yes, I give 5 a month for an AIDS center on my town.

Yes, although I never respond to telemarketers or door-to-door people. I don't want to encourage them to continue doing those things.

I run three 5Ks a year and run a snack stand during my local Relay for Life for the National Cancer Society, donated $600 to roughly a dozen charities last year, and donated blood for the tenth time of Tuesday.
