By uncomfortable, I am assuming you mean you feel anxious?

I suppose the first step would be to ask yourself what it is exactly that makes you nervous.

Is it an illogical fear of a crowded place, like a super market or airport? Then I would say you might have Agoraphobia.

Are you just afraid of embarassing yourself, being judged, do you get nervous while talking to people? Then your just shy.

Is your anxiety of talking to people, being judged or embarassing yourself ruling your life so bad that you never go out or leave your house, even with close friends or family beside you? Then that would be Social Anxiety Disorder.

If your really concerned or if it's that big of a deal to you, I would say go see a psychiatrist. They may be able to tell if the severity is normal or not.

yes i do feel anxious. Whenever i think of doing something that makes me feel edgy ( like going to school for example) i always feel nervous/anxious at first but i try to calm down but i still feel nervous/sweaty.

No self-confidence and you are too shy.

Social anxiety disorder and other "disorders" of this nature are modern generation's way of making excuses for losers. They don't exist.
