On Yahoo! News, a new article surfaced containing a picture of an absolutely adorable primate. Previously pronounced extinct, it was caught on camera for the first time. Only seen four times before now, the Horton Plains slender loris is cute as a button. Here's the link.

Are they going to capture a male/female and put them in a wildlife preservation center, or are they going to let them be. That is the question.

This. I think they will try to capture both a male and female and make them reproduce in a controlled environment such as a wildlife preservation center.

It's cute, therefore I must protest against deforestation in the area.

Well im no expert but from what i understand primates reproduce poorly in captivity. If it were up to me id let them be. If they can come back after being thought extinct then leaving them alone might be the answer. With this evidence they might be able to make the area a wildlife conservation zone and therefore prevent the de-forristation that threatens its habbitat.... maybe one day there might even be enough for kidsmelly to get his soup :)
