If I "realise" that I'm looking at the person eyes during a conversation, I will usually look a way for a sec...I don't know why I do this, but no one ever noticed and its far from an issue.
I just happen to perceive that I do that...So, when I'm looking at someone direct in their eyes during a conversation what I'm actually seeing in my mind is the images that it is creating from the story/or whatever the person is telling me about. The moment that I "see" their eyes, I will turn away...reset....and look again
[QUOTE="CleanPlayer"]I can tell what people are think when I look them in the eye. Says a lot about a person. orazinacYou must be psychic if you can tell what people are think.
That made me laugh.
I'm fine with necessary eye contact, but too much sucks. My teacher seems to love staring me in the eyes constantly, even when he's talking to the class. It's annoying as hell.dreDREb13:lol: That reminds me of an old college professor of mine who would only look at one student in the front of the class. This was a lecture hall with about 80 students.
I was always taught by my parents and other adults to always look at someone's eyes while talking to them...it shows that you are a confident person (so long as you aren't looking at them in a creepy way I suppose). This belief has since back fired on me however
-Story-
I got shafted over via eye contact a couple of days ago....Some insanely hot girl came up to me( I knew her on a talking basis...not really friends) ,while I was in line to get lunch at highschool, and start making small chat with me about halloween. While talking ,we were more or else locked into eye contact with eachother. During that time I hadn't realized she had slowly crept her way around me and in front of me. After about minute or two she said she had to go and walked further up the line. It took a second or so for it to kick in ,but I realized she had just cut in front of me to get to the front of the line and I hadn't noticed because I was trying to keep eye contact with her while talking.
/facepalm
damn you eye contact!

That weirds me out
I have to look away after like 5 seconds of that......
:P I don't stare at them, I just glance at them for a second.[QUOTE="Mafiree"][QUOTE="Travo_basic"]When I'm teaching I try to spend an equal amount of time looking at all of the students.Travo_basic
