Whenever I go deep underwater my eyes feel like they are going to pop out of my head really bad. It's fairly painful. Is this a condition or does my body need to acclimate to things like this?

It is called atmospheric pressure. The further one goes under the water, the greater the pressure on the body. It has this effect of compression on the squishy parts in our bodies.

I know what it's called. It just seems weird it happens in like pools and stuff when I'm not really that deep at all. I mean people go snorkling and diving in way deeper water and if they felt what I feel, i doubt they would wanna keep doing it.

just be careful, you dont want to have bubbles on your blood stream.

*edit* nah just do a routine breathing exercise on the water.

Even 8-10ft under water is a lot if you aren't used to it.

Yeah I assumed it was cause I like never go that deep. Wasn't sure if maybe there was a condition for it. I know Jerry in Seinfeld had it :P
