I'd give anything to stay connected to Facebook, including my own wife, and children if I ever have any. I could look at pictures of them on Facebook anyways, so it wouldn't really be a big deal.

God forbid people who aren't in High School have an easy way to connect and share the events of their lives with all of their family and friends from around the world without sending mass emails and links to photobucket.

He/She is just trying to act like they're "above it all". In doing so though, he/she neglected to notice the very obvious pros of Facebook.The whole reason myspace and facebook became so big is BECAUSE they are free. If they started charging money then they'd be no different than other less popular social sites like classmates.com .UT_WrestlerClassmates.com is a joke. "You have a classmate checking up on you! To find out who it is, pay me monies!"

If they started charging money then they'd be no different than other less popular social sites like classmates.com .UT_WrestlerI understand that running a website like Facebook isn't cheap but they already have features where you can pay real money for items, they really don't need to charge a monthly subscription...they're only going to lose a lot of web traffic.
