I dont have that much trouble lately, but on my worst days I cant get to sleep at all until its too late to go to sleep and not waste my day away lol. Normally it only takes me 2 hours or less though. I dont know how to alleviate the problem though besides having a really busy and active day.I always go to bed at 11 to 12 pm but I always end up falling asleep at 3 to 4 am. lol Is there something wrong ? Could depend on what you are doing before you go to sleep. Gaming, tv, exercising and other thigns like that will make it harder for you to get to sleep. I would say in the last hour or half an hour before you go to bed, read a book or do something like that.

Also, I hear melatonin works for helping induce sleep. It's a little pill you can find in any pharmacy or retail store. Whether or not it actually works I can't say, I've never taken it personally. According to the article I linked there, it's 5-methoxytryptamine, which, as a tryptamine, should have some sort of effect on you, one way or another.
Actually, the trick to falling asleep is trying to stay awake.
Well, when my mother was an intern, she used to work late through the night... sleep through the day. So the only time we'd ever get to talk about anything is when she'd get home. So what I... I used to do, I used to lie in my bed and try to stay awake as long as I could, but it never worked 'cause... 'cause the harder I'd try, the faster I'd fall asleep.
