seems legit to me. also that slam could have broken his neck. why would he risk something like that? you can also see the other kid's friend trying to go after the fat kid at the end of the vid.

Both getting into trouble would be the correct answer. I remember how I was pissed during the 7th grade when a kid punched me, I put him in a sleeper hold and both of us got a day-long suspension, but it was the right thing to do.

In any case, I personally found the smaller kid annoying. Just looking at his small punk-a** jumping around and punching the fat kid in the face makes me angry.

In my personal experience, schools are absolutely TERRIBLE about the way they handle bullying situations like this.

I was bullied pretty badly back in Middle School/little bit of High School, I never once started a fight, and yet I ALWAYS got in trouble because people would ******* hit me and after ignoring it for a bit (with said bullies following me and coninuing to hit me) I would retaliate.

The best one was actually in Elementary school. I went to a teacher a good 3 times telling her this kid was hitting me with a basketball. Her response "go play somewhere else". I went back, grabbed a handful of pebbles, and chucked them at the kid and immediately got suspended....

Obviously small boy had a group with him, as the video proves. They probably pick on him all the time as well. Self defense should not care about size. Whoever is getting attacked, should have the right to retaliate. Within reason of course.

IDK. I live in a pretty rough neighorboodand I am pretty much required to tombstone dudes daily. It could be the same for the fat kid.

They will not be messing with him again.

Small skinny kid goes up to fat kid. Punches him in the face, then continues to taunt and punch the kid. The chubby kid then snaps, goes on the attack and picks the kid up and slams him against the ground. Chubby kid then walks away as small guys friend gets in his face. It was awesome.

If picking someone up and slamming them into a brick wall is nature to him, that kid needs help. He's lucky the kids back didn't hit the wall or he'd be in more trouble than a suspension.

My pont is there is a fine line between what is self defense and what is offense. It's like if someone breaks into your house and you shoot them. If you only shoot once or twice to drop them you're fine. If you pump 3 magazines into them, you're the one in trouble. It's the same here. Dropping the kid by body slamming him into a wall is not going to be seen as self defense.

After the Kid had punched him in the face and had all his buddies with him and was recording it. The bigger boy was being harrassed, he stood up for himself and got it all on video. When it was even a friend of his that was recording. To help show that the little kid was in the wrong... his friend steps in AFTER he was slammed and starts saying "I'll **** you up" or something like that.

Anyways, little guy had what was coming to him. He deserved it. He got it.

And..? He taught him a lesson, it's not his fault that the kid who is picking on him just happens to be smaller, the smaller kid chose to pick on the bigger kid. The fat kid taught the smaller kid not to mess with those much bigger than themselves; he was hardly being offensive, he simply picked him up, slammed him, and left him alone. If the fat kid just curled up into the fetal position in defense, he would've accomplished nothing.

True thats not what happened but you can't expect a fist fight out of kids.. That little guy seemed to hit the bigger guy in the face hard.. but it was nothing.

We shouldn't be judging these two anyway. We have NO idea of their history.. or their personalities.
