Call of Ktulu by Metallica, though not quite 10 minutes (8:53, to be exact, IIRC) is still amazing and consistently fresh, especially considering the fact that it is entirely instrumental.
Besides classical pieces (of which I know few), I couldn't think of any song over ten minutes . . . Stairway to Heaven was the longest I could think of on the spot.
My favorite song and my favorite 10+ minute song are conveniently the same. "Flood" by Boris, clocking in at 70 minutes and 29 seconds. In fact I think my top 5 songs might all be over 10 minutes....

As a few people already mentioned, Agalloch's Fire Above, Ice Below is my favourite 10+ min song. Under 2 mins would have to be Blur's Song 2. (sure, its 2 seconds over 2 minutes... but its my only answer)

I just about crapped myself when I heard that song for the first time, he just spits non-stop. Mine is Dance With the Devil - Immortal Technique, only 9:39 but that's close enough.
