I take it you don't listen to Dream Theater. Thing is with me. The music I listen to is able to keep me engaged for up to 30 mminutes. In a single song. The one I listed goes for 25

Destiny and Elements by Stratovarius Occassion Avenue, Halloween and Keeper of the Seven Keys by Helloween These are probably my favorite ones. Edge of Sanity's Crimson might count as well, if you can endure 40 minutes of a song. It's a whole experience.

Not as of yet. I'd love to though. Me and my friend have something of an unofficial musical project going on. We haven't finalized a name so we're just going by "Mammal Fish" 'till we think of something good. We're both working on our vocals. And I'm learning the guitar. Shall be good. Also, if you're interested in checking out Dream Theater I'd recommend "Pull Me Under" as your first listen. Probably their most popular song and a good way to introduce people. :)
i can't really think of one right now since i just woke up a few minutes ago, but a lot of songs i listen to are more than 10 minutes. i like the 45 minute song by buckethead.

Many of these songs are so engaging, it's almost as though they demand you sit and listen to them in their entirety. Twenty minutes will go by, and I find myself saying, "It's been over 20 minutes?!" These songs aren't long just for the sake of being long; it's very easy to get lost in this music.
