For me it would be Portland, Oregon. I want to live there someday! :)

Los Angeles.
I have a certain fondness for the boring city of Tempe, but that's just me.
Seattle, Washington -- I haven't been here often, and there are a lot of things to hate about this area (not the last of which is the god-awful traffic in and out of the city), but I love the constant rain (yep, I love it), and the heavy supply of coffee shops. The city's aesthetic draws me in.m0zart
Seattle is a nice city when you don't have to be there for very long and it's either clear or raining or snowing (not overcast like it is 99% of the year)
Austin, TX.
-Incredible weather. Generally very warm, but not humid like Houston.
-Incredible live music scene year-round. South by Southwest festival in the Spring, and Austin City Limits festival in the fall. You can watch big bands and local performers in small, intimate venues.
-amazing ratio of beautiful women
-gorgeous rolling hills in and around the city, proximity to Lake Travis and Lake Buchanan
-Unbelievable selection of great food
-Friendly people who mostly seem to be relaxed and in the "keep Austin weird" mode.
-The city is big enough to have everything you might want, but not so big that it's overwhelming and disgusting (NYC, Philly, Houston)
-It feels like a "big small town." The atmosphere is hard to describe unless you've spent some time here. My friends from NY that have visited have said that Austin is far and away their favorite city.
BTW, I'm not a city person in general. I like small towns and rural areas, but Austin is definitely my favorite city. NYC is my least favorite so far. It's far too big and dirty.
