My favorite band has to be, after flip-flopping with different kinds in the last couple years, Boris.

yeah.. um they are legends in Mexico and have been making awesome music for 20 years.
System of a Down. At least everything up to Hypnotize. Here's hoping they finally end their hiatus and make some more kick*** music.
That's a cover[QUOTE="Juggernaut140"]

Metallica is awesome. Have you ever heard "So What" by them?
StripTheSoul
That reminds me, some guy in a thread a while back was going on about how One was actually a cover of Crematory. :P
Yeah I remember that too, I can't remember it though.
Right now it's definitely Caifanes. They're a mexican Progressive Rock band from the 90's, and they pretty much defined mexican rock; to this day you can't find a single mexican rock band that wasn't influenced by them in one way or another.
Here's some samples from their 3rd album:
Nubes
Debajo de tu piel
Miercoles de ceniza
And some from their 4th and, quite sadly, last album:
Miedo
Aqui No Es Asi
Hasta Que Dejes De Respirar
Simply awesome. :D
30 Seconds To Mars. Awesome band.KrunkMastaXThey are one of my favorites also. Best album is A Beautiful Lie

Lol I just heard some of their music :lol:They sing in spanish
Uhhhhh... y'know the main language of Mexico is Spanish, right. That's why they sing in Spanish. You kinda sound like a racist.
No other Eluveitie fans on GS? :(
RobboElRobbo

Of course you are. They are teh pwnage. ;)
What's a good album to start with? I can't really get into Led Zepplin. :?Led Zeppelin. They explored such a range of styles that I never get tired of their music.

Four, aka ZOSO.
Black Dog, Battle of Evermore, Misty Mountain Hop, Going to California, When the Levee Breaks, Stairway to Heaven, etc., etc., etc...if you can't find a style you like on the fourth album, you just won't like Led Zeppelin.
Kamelot, Dragonland, Ill Nino, Killswitch Engage, Breaking Benjamin, Mudvayne, Sevendust, Pyramaze, Stratovarius, As I Lay Dying, Haste The Day, Nightwish (pre-Anette Olzon) and Falconer are my favorite bands. Favorite non-bands are Tech N9ne, SpaCe oNe, a few others.

The Number Twelve Look Like You=( too bad they broke up and are playing their last show on the 29th of january :cry:8-Bitterness
I don't who they are, but one of my friends on Facebook posted a picture of his ticket, to that show.
I never really liked an entire band's setlist until 7th grade. When I discovered a band named Senses Fail.
My second favorite band is Taking Back Sunday, but there's a pretty far gap between how much I like them.

Sorry for the MEGA LATE reply......
Hm, guess I'm more into their older stuff, especially Nimrod and Dookie, and I also love Kerplunk. I love their new stuff too, but 90's is always better (imo) :)
around a week later. to revive the thread. happiness in slavery by nine inch nails. from the broken album. that song is part of their more violent music rather their more mellow.zarkon9
FYI....it's best not to revive old threads.....enjoy your NIN.
