Not many people listen to metal at all incomparison to emo and punk that are big nowadays. Trust me metal has its image built up and it wont just fall. The members of good metal bands wont promote the actions of their fans if the frak up metal somehow. anyway metal is so much different from any genre. *most* metal bands are in it for the passion of the music not for how much money they can make. I cant stress it enuf but i kno metal and i know it wont become some little fashion trend. ( there really is no fashion in good metal bands. GWAR and other crap bands do)

I really liked "Children of Decadence", "Bodom Beach Terror" and "Kissing The Shadows". I haven't listened to them in a while, so I can't remember lots of other good songs.

I mean I'm not saying EVERYONE will allow it to be a trend. I mean I use emo as an example because its the older emo genre I enjoy to be honest, because of the lyrics. But new emo = complete garbage. I mean if I had a label it would probably be emo... but not a whinny little b*tch, wrist cutting, waste of space and air emo. I prefer music with lyrics from the heart, stuff that makes me think and stuff I can relate to But thats me. Metal will always have its root bands where it all started and many people WILL stay loyal. But then new bands will try to "jump on the bandwagon" and take it mainstream, make loads of money for about a year and all the little kids tat didn't get exposure to real metal will only hear this new "attempt" at metal and start calling themselves metal. When I say ruined I dont mean that YOU will hate it, I'm sure you'll love it forever and hey, thats awesome. But the kiddies are gonna make a damn fine effort at trashing what metal is. My advice is stay strong, and get them into the pits and just tear them up. Its what I do :]
