Piano cover of Fisherman's Horizon from the Final Fantasy 8 Soundtrack.

Sure this one is a bit too fast but I like it. This song brings back fond memories. I never completed that game :(

If by "song" you mean "piece of music".... 'Arabesque #1' by Debussy

If by "song" you actually mean a song... 'Fog (Again)' by Radiohead

Oh gosh there was so many like Beethoven's sonata no. 21, a whole mess of them Debussy etudes, some rather interesting things by Barber, Ginastera, Couperin, and then there's that pesky 1st sonata by Shostakovich which is awfully pleasing.

But other than a particularly psychotic old piece for the harpsichord, there's this piece by Gyorgy Ligeti which always makes me rather happy.

Hmmm... I don't know too many piano-only songs. Fur Elise is the first one that came to my mind. Beautiful piece.

The tears for fears remake "mad world" from the donnie darko soundtrack. It has some other instruments in it but it is definitely piano driven.
