I echo this sentiment. I used to get in trouble in highschool for trying to skip gym so that I could study for my REAL classes. Go figure, I try to learn something in school and get in trouble:roll: I'm so glad I'm out of HS.
yeah, today i skipped HPE (our equivalent for gym) to study for a huge science exam (75% of our mark for the semester) and i got a detention. that's half my saturday gone
i know its going to be sports science when i do it next year without a doubt, but now probably media or psychology. media i'm really good at without having to really try at all and i love movies. psychology has alot of writing and exams but its interesting and its a pre reqwesit(cant spell) for sport orientaited jobs.
Math is my favorite subject, followed by Computer Science. Which is why I'm Majoring in Math, and minoring in Computer Science, and planning to get a masters and PhD in Math as well.

It sounds awsome, but not for people who dislike B-Ball. And, that;s a horrible Gym **** gym is supposed to have a variety of sports in it... not just B-Ball.
Right now I'm really enjoying chemistry (especially organic, love those synthetic pathways!) however biology is a very close second. I've got them both at A level and I plan on getting into medicine in '09 :]
I'm REALLY hating sociology though, its so boring.
my school was absolutly pathetic in most subjects as the teachers didnt care one wit, example would be year 11(U.S equivilant- Highschool Junior year) Physical ed which i liked to call theory ed. as the whole yeah we did nothing but the occasional writing down notes session when exams were come up, not one bit of physical acticity all year, we acually did more in IT(typeing on a keyboard:roll:) .
The two subjects i did like however were Psychology and Economics, both were extremely usefull to me and got perfect marks on almost all the tests

Anyhoo, I'd have to go for English lit. or French.
Well didn't really like subjects for the subject as most of the stuff is easy enough anyway (cept anything to do with languages). It is really the teachers that make subjects good for me. Though to answer the question, History, Chemistry and Maths.
I could be cliche and say that I like "the end", but I'll be nice (for once) and say that I like my performing arts class. I really wish we had a real film class, though...
I like Philosophy although half the time I dont get what is happening. My course about JRR Tolkien is quite awesome thanks to the very enthusiastic teacher. Hearing her rant about the movie is just priceless.

Philosophy. I used to get in discussions with my teacher, and waste a complete class only because i was going insane with perfection. And god. Good ol'times.
Biology was very awesome as well, though i now don't have it. :(

History I do find the most interesting, but I also find it as being the easiest subject. Seriously, if you have a pretty alright teacher, most of the time its like story time for me, and so when it comes to the test, if I have jotted down a few notes and dates that I might have a hard time remembering, and go over them a day or two before the test, I am good to go! 2nd easily goes to biology! I LOVE IT. History is the easiest subject for me. I by no means am the person working hardest in the lessons, but I learn very fast (as I'm interested in the subject). Also read qutie a bit of history on my own, whici s a nice bonus. One of the subjects I do like. After history it would be English. Well, creative writing... and only creative writing. The rest is a bunch of "meh" in my opinion.

Agreed. I love philosophy. My teacher is awesome. Mind you we hardly get anything done. The other day we were talking about Socrates death and I asked what a hemlock was. He told me, then somehow we got onto discussions of cravings and desires and such. After 25 minutes everyone sort of stopped, there was silence and he said to me "and thats what a hemlock is!" Definately planning on continuing it in the future.
