I have four candidates:

My fourth choice is the gorgeous mysterious intro to Enya's "Carribean Blue": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1L8uRApYeQ

My last choice is the intro to Kanye's Dark Fantasy: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S-qKboHKPEA. The "can you get much higher?" sounds so epic and angelic.

I love the intro for Heavy Metal Lover by Lady Gaga :).The intro for 21st Century Breakdown by Green Day is pretty good too.
