a) A game is 90 minutes, not four hours

b) Most games end with four goals between the two games; not many football games have more than four touchdowns in a game.

c) It is possible to have an opinion without being disrespectful to those with another.

Theorectically speaking soccer uses more of the foot if you will to play the game of soccer, but what TC was doing and his attentions were clearly to saying the NFL sucks. Anytime says oh "real football" is basically saying the NFL sucks and does not deserve the name football.

Clearly what I was stating was sarcasm, though it can be tough to see what peoples real attentions are on the internet, in my thinking when I saw REAL football on the topic title I took it to offensive that he was insulting the NFL, hence why I said what I said.

First of all "Football" was first used for what Americans call "Soccer". So the correct term for the American "Football" is "American football". So there is "Football" and "American Football".

I am not much of a fan, but my favourite team is AS Roma.

you do realize soccer takes way more endurance than football right. football stops after every play. in soccer there is no stopping unless for the ocassional penalty. you are constantly moving. its not a sissy sport by anymeans seeing as it would be hard for the majority of NFL players to switch over. where as the majority of soccer players could easily make a transition to RB or WR
