Not all rap, and I'm as anti-rap as anyone, stuff like Public Enemy and Run-DMC rule because they helped create more metal.

hard to pick one song, though some stuff from ludacris/T.I. are good. then there are guys like serius jones/loaded lux that have some good stuff out as well.

The main reason why I tend not to like rap is because it tends not to be very musical, which is why I'm all for rap songs that actually are musical.
