What should be done to the woman who gets that abortion? Jail time? Fines? What do you think?

If it's against the law, she'll get what's coming to her, if it isn't there's nothing I could do anyway.

If you are asking what would happen to the woman if pro-life laws were in place, I would imagine that she would be face charges of murder. However, most women who face an unplanned pregnancy should receive support services to help her either raise her child or put the child up for adoption.

i know u joke, but if anything liek this ever happened i would lose faith in humanity....i think a women should be able to abort her child up to the age of 3.

Seriously though there is logic behind my madness. People kill monkeys all the time and know one really cares. A 3 year old is about as intelligent as a monkey. So by my logic i don't really care if we kill either. and ban them both from public areas like super markets of shopping malls.

On a personal level, I feel that abortion is wrong. However, I dont believe i have the right to enforce my personal views on others. It's a choice that each person must make for themselves. I don't believe in having any punishment for a woman that has an abortion.

Pretty much, even though its asking the opinion of one side if things were to go their way, someone will bring up the argument for the other side even though it is completely irreleveant.carrot-cake
Yes lets bankrupt our entire justice system with amount of high cost death trials the government will have to committ to.Well since it would be considered a human, I guess the death penalty for murder along with whoever made it happen since that would go with the law. Again, that's just if it became illegal.

yea but the monkeys wont be getting anysmarter... the babies could be the next Leonardo DiVinci :PHopefully I wouldn't have this concern because I would likely end up moving to another country, as making abortion illegal is something I do not support. I wouldn't want to live in any country that forced pro-life sentiments on people. To avoid the flame war, I'll end that there.
Here's a better question. Why do religious people invest so much of their time and energy towards unborn, not yet conscious beings, while millions of children the world over are suffering and dying? Seems like a huge misallocation of resources.D_Batterywhat if we invest time, energy, and money into both :|

And I'd say there's just as much, if not maybe more attention to the sick and dying than abortion.

Why arn't they going after things like the organic food movement, one of the biggest scams as well as something that will only be a detriment to sustaining the population....

We have people who are suffering within the United States due to their economic standing.. Thats a first world country.
She knows what shes done, and as long as shes not a whore who's had 50 of them or already has a billion kids she probably feels something over her choice already. Its the womans choice though. Not everyone is able to support children so if you are trying to be humanitarian, would you really prefer this child to be born into a world in which they could not be properly taken care of and suffer either in poverty, from immature parenting, or without parents at all? Its completely circumstantial and if the parents decide that after much thought that the baby should be aborted than its what must be done. What should be done to the woman who gets that abortion? Jail time? Fines? What do you think?

That in one of teh most powerful countries in the world, we have a pretty bad poverty problem and the like.. This is a first world country.. Compare it to countries that are 3rd world, who do not have a stable government, than add in rampent diease like Malaria.
