don't just tell her out of nowhere, but if she ever asks you if you know if he's cheated on her, i would tell her the truth.

one of my best friends has been going out with her current boyfriend for a few years now, and when i found out that she cheated on him, i told her i was disappointed that she would do that. i get along with her boyfriend and think he is a cool guy so she shouldn't be cheating on him. however, i'm not going to just tell him randomly that his girlfriend has cheated on him, but if he were to straight up ask me "has _______ ever cheated on me?" i would tell him yes.

Don't do anything until you see something definite with your own eyes. If you see something definite then perhaps talk to the guy about making his mind up, if he dosn't then spread it in a way that it can't be traced back to you. If you have to chose between friends I'ld take the girl's side, she seems like a much more valuable friend. Just be aware that no matter what path you take the best you're going to get out of this is a quick ill thought out rebound, you are never going to be able to switch yourself into his place.
