It does happen in every war, but its time to start correcting these mistakes.

That doesn't follow. The initial statement was about friendly fire occuring. You post was pointless since war exists.....

i know war exists, but that doesn't mean you have to do it... and if we talking about avoiding friendly fire, then the best way is to avoid war...
