What he said^^^, and in order to gain mass of any kind you need to eat more calories you burn doing things like soccer, so try to eat 5 or 6 times a day consuming LOTS of healthy things, like fiberous, high protein things, also get a regular lifting program and keep a log to track your accomplishments
Soccer is an extemely cardiovascular sport meaning its going to build endurance and some muscle in your legs but, not do to much for your size. I reccommend getting a lot of protein and keep lifiting those weights it should help but it will take a while.Aura_TwilightI just don't want to be short and defined. I don't know how tall I'll grow.
