so.. I went to the doctor the other day, and they said that I'm underweight. My mother also says that too! I've been trying and trying to gain weight but its not working. I gain a couple of ounces and thats it :cry:
I've tried 250 colories shakes and tryed eating alot. I don't exercise besides stay in my house. I do go number 2 mostly everyday.
So do I have a problem? Am I eating wrong? Am I diabetic?(It kinda runs in the family)? btw I got a blood test just today.
btw If I gain muscle, will I gain weight? Will it still count as underweight? Edit: My garage is like a mini gym
