add on some of your tips

A good look in the eyes and a sincere nice smile always seems to get things going
Beatyour chest and howl. Works like a charm.
Talk nice.
"I'm level 63."
Make eye contact and smile. If she smiles back, go and introduce yourself.
Be yourself unless your a dbag
be the most confident and assertive.
be taller then 5"4
Just go casual and if she likes you, then maybe start being less subtle
I haveinsert number of gamespotposts you have
Touch her shoulder.
Fresh haircut, clothes, eye contact, just basically you have to feel like your the man.
playing to your strengths helps
have a nice smile

Don't stink. Wash yourself, don't bathe in cologne. Don't have greasy hair. If you're going shirtless, don't have stuff stuck in your armpit hair. I've seen everything from stickers to a Q-tip in random people's underarms.

Don't be a jerk, don't try to be "the situation", don't act like a smartass. Don't assume you can get in anyone's pants you want because you're oh-so-hot.

Be a respectful person to her and her friends, and the people you come in contact with. I would walk away in a heartbeat if a date/person I was hanging out with thought that it made them look cool or something to treat waitstaff and service people like garbage. You're not proving you're better than somebody by doing this, it's unattractive.

Be honest, but don't be rude. If somebody asks you what you think of something, don't be brutal if it's bad/looks terrible/isn't good. if she sees you trying to soften the blow of saying something harsh, she'll respect you for it.

Watch your words. If you're speaking to her, don't say "that's stupid" if she says something like "I was so upset today because my favorite bracelet broke" or " *certain show* got cancelled". Even if it seems like a stupid thing to be upset over, it probably really bothered her. Be caring and don't dismiss her feelings. She will love you for this.

read LGMH (love gives me hope) for stuff that super awesome people do. Adopt the ones you can. You will get brownie points for being adorable and amazing. I'm sure I could think up more, but not being a male or a lesbian, I don't really know what problems people specifically have with women.

takeyour shirt off and ask them if they got tickets to go see the gun show.
Sex Panther.
If you have a good story to tell, do tell and let her talk too.
show heryour level 80 Human Warlock, chicks dig WoW
Attraction is not needed to mate.
club them over the head and drag them to your cave
look at women for what they are
Girls don't like mean guys, they like guys who can tease them (with jokes, like I said) but still be nice to them
Talking with them is the best way.
print a shirt with your post count, achievements, and favorite anime on it
I think being kind and caring is important, as well as not being apathetic.
Look in her eyes when you talk to her. Don't be shy. Make her feel comfortable by smiling and be assertive in your approach.
Extenze.
Just stand there and groove.
Gamespot level and post count obviously
Play acoustic guitar
Just tell em your everything they always wanted.
Be funny, be nice, and be smooth
Good eye contact, confidence, and a non creepy smile
Helps if you're in good shape
Chloroform
Don't scratch yourself in public
Recite (flawlessly) all the combos and special moves from Street Fighter 4.
Flash your breasts.
Pretend you actually care about what they are saying.
Get a six pack and a well paid job.
Talk to them as equals, not as heavenly creatures, even if you don't have good looks, women love confidence
gel, tuck, and pop that collar.
show her your pokemanz
start a conversation, like "who do you like more? Daffy Duck or Bugs Bunny?" and other such lines.
Hang brain
"hey, how you doing? want to see the size of my hard-drive?"
I own a ferrari and a lamborgini at Second Life.
I finished all street fighter games on hardest difficult with zangief.
Make sure you laugh at her jokes and whatnot
women are attracted to male sweat,
the majority of girls are into bad boys
"Its my **** in a box!"
ask if she would like to come back to your place for some tea and a nice mushroom stamp
Pop your collar and wear your flat brimmed gold Yankees hat sideways
Just drop your pants
women are attracted to all different body types
confidence

now all you have to follow is your fellow users tips and you're bound to get a lady

Make eye contact and smile. If she smiles back, go and introduce yourself. For bonus points, tell her I sent you. She'll be on you like a fly on dog poop.

Be yourself is all I can say. Unless your self is a dbag. In the end it all depends on what the woman likes and dislikes. Most of the ones I've been around loves a good respectable hard working man.

Well, the word confidence seems to be thrown around quite a lot these days... it's like the social environment has become a big competitive arena where men compete to be the most confident and assertive.

Blatant flirting is a no-no, as a first contact. Just go casual and if she likes you, then maybe start being less subtle. So yeah, pick-up lines... no, just no.

HEY!

*is exactly 5'4*

:P

Anyways, IDK how I have done it but I have had 3 girls in my lifetime approach ME asking ME out. I wasn't interested in dating them (I changed my mind on one wayyy too late) but apparently I have been doing SOMETHING right (and then just going after the wrong girls...).

I think playing to your strengths helps. I am not suave and I know it. Instead I am a nice, charming, hard-working guy and I am working on playing that up.

I am guessing confidence is the big thing, granted even then women go gaga over Hughe Grant being stupified...

All I can say is be yourself and be confident in yourself, play to your strengths, try and fix anything you might see as a flaw (I am currently working on losing weight and getting my appearance right) and DON'T BE AFRAID TO PUT YOURSELF OUT THERE!!!

How big of a difference does weight make? As long as you're not too big, like maybe 50 pounds or so overweight (I'm not, I'm actually dating someone, but my friend is very self-conscious, and I'm sure he'd want to know). I said 50 because I don't know his exact weight, but how much of a difference does that make?

Well what i have noticed is that when approaching a person of the female persuasion, all her attention will usually be on you for the first moments of your introduction and thats when your gonna want to keep the two of you talking. If you have a good story to tell, do tell and let her talk too. If she opens up with you then she's probably pretty comfortable with you. Don't forget to make her laugh. I think girls like dorks but dont be a weirdo to her lol.

None, to me, so long as you keep yourself healthy and you like who you are, any weight is good enough for me. A lot of guys are "overweight" because they're muscley, but I assume your friend is of the softer variety. I don't see a problem with that, at all, I would rather 50lbs 'overweight' than 50 under, or 50 pounds overweight of hard muscle. Muscles are uncomfortable to rest your head on. It's all in preference I guess, just like how some guys like girls who are really skinny, others like them with a bit of softness on them. He'll find somebody who likes his body for how it is.

Simple if you believe in "meant to be" drop that belief. Then look at women for what they are. A human who is of the female gender. They are really no different from men besides the obvious. They are human so you can assume they get horny, happy, sad, mad,etc just like a guy does. Once you understand this you find out that there is nothing hard about talking to girls or trying to mate with them.

I'm cute and funny. I literally don't have to do anything to attract a good amount of women. If I'm actually working for it, then I'm just extra talkative, and like to learn about them. Tossing in the odd joke or two at their expense is always good, playful flirting can go a long way.

Girls don't like mean guys, they like guys who can tease them (with jokes, like I said) but still be nice to them. It's a careful balance that has taken me 21 years to fully understand (and use :P)

Just be yourself! That's what all the Disney characters tell you to do.

I think being kind and caring is important, as well as not being apathetic.
