I've been a struggling youtuber for years and read that i need to
focus on a single topic to get higher views and comments. I've since
converted my channel to game reviews only, And since then it as picked
up.
However that being said, when i spent 3 days working on a review of
Deus Ex and finally got the review uploaded i only had like 20-30
views. I spent days on wondering what the hell i was doing wrong. I
did a search on youtube for a review of the game and found that there
were literally hundreds of people doing reviews on this game and most
of them got their review put up before i did. I also noticed the
quality of the other reviews for the most part were awful but they had
more views then me. I was dumb founded.
I had to come up with something different and decided that the review
should be fun for me to make, and funny to the people watching. People
usually take reviews seriously so i decided to go in the other
direction, and not hold back on my words and come out and say what i
was thinking.
The first 4 reviews i did were in depth and organic, but from then on
i just went all out and said what i felt. The links below are every
review Ive put up, keep in mind that things change once you hit the
dead island review, this is the point where i said **** it.
At the end of the review i give a score towards the game and although
i may **** on a game throughout the video this score is the final word
and may be alot higher then what you may have thought because of what
i said throughout the review. I wanted the viewer to laugh though the
video and get an idea of what gameplay is like to draw their own
conclusions
With all that being said, The show is called "Likes & Dislikes" and
