i'm pretty sure they would! his IQ is around eighty and he thinks africa is a country not a continent, and besides, he dosent run the country his adviors do, he's just the face of the opporation. the only reason he ran for president was because he wanted to finish what his father started.
The people that say yes to this are morons. You don't even know the man personally to make a decision on that. You do realize that his policies come from his cabinet, not him. The thing is, he did do a horrible job as president, but who elected him? Twice?
I find people who go around talking about how Bush is a moron to be really annoying since most of them are just doing it because its popular and have no idea what he's done to earn the reputation of an idiot. Ask a person like that and you'll always get an answer relating to the Iraq war.
Anyway, that rant aside, no, Bush is not an idiot. He just seems like it sometimes.
