Idea sounds really great. Whimsical fantasy films are really rare these days and hopefully studios realize not every fantasy film needs to be some epic end of the world type thing.
Oh, I'm excited. I have so much love for the series as it is and I'm glad she's kind of expanding the world rather than adding to the characters. Makes sense.
TBH, if they had to reuse the Potter universe, I would have preferred something similar to IGN's April Fools joke TV series, The Aurors. But I guess I'm OK with it been that it's not going to actually connect to the main series outside of abiding by it's "rules".
Same here, no need to add to a finished franchise, but telling a new story within the same universe sounds like it could be great.Sounds really cool actually. Looking forward to it.

Harry gets a job, and has sex with his wife. Magical handcuffs were probably involved.could be interesting. Â Still think she should detail the events after the deathly hollowsÂ

So that's how wizard babies are made!
Yup, he had an accidental child in his mid forties which he was never happy about. They named that one Voldemort.

Harry gets a job, and has sex with his wife. Magical handcuffs were probably involved.Serraph105

This is kind of exciting news. She's a children's book author. The twists at the end of the books always ended like this,
What ever Harry thinks, it's not.
To a child this is good reading. I want to read the wizard how to book, When Muggles Attack.
It's a great idea to continue the universe. No need to directly tie into the HP books character-wise, and choosing NY as the background can explore magical places in the US, which is a huge HP audience.
I just hope that JK doesn't go crazy with the adverbs like she does in her books.
