It's amazing how the random board has managed to produce diamonds amidst all the crap. To the unfamiliar, prolonged exposure is not recommended.

Technically the rules state that only illegal activities are banned on /b/. However, anyone who has spent more than 30 minutes on /b/ knows that even that rule isn't followed very often. The other boards are alright though.
For anyone who's thinking of visiting, the boards break down like this:
/a/ - talk about your waifu /b/ - full of cancer /c/ - you know those creepy otakus who obsess over cute anime girls? yeah. /d/ - the best board on the site. Seriously, go here. I highly recommend it. You may even discover things about yourself that you never knew before. /e/ - porn for people too scared to see skin /h/ - porn for people who think 3D is ugly /s/ - porn for people who shouldn't be allowed on the site /gif/ - porn for people who want to watch porn videos but don't want to bother with the whole "longer than 3 seconds" thing /r9k/ - Think of it like OT except faster and without (human) mods /jp/ - Touhou /x/ - /b/lite /v/ - it's like the other boards on GS, except without the rules and the coherence
Any other boards I didn't list are boring and full of fail.
you know i actually just now listened to the whole song...i actually like it and i think the radio station i listened to use to play it when they had "Flashback Fridays" in which they play all 80's music all day. i love the 80's and 90's so this song is ok in my eyes. the music video? not so great... lol
