GIF as Sig Help!

I've been seeing some awesome sig's that are gif's here on GS. What I'm wondering is how the heck do people create awesome gif's without overpassing the 50k limit? My gifs usually range from 1.5M-5M (I make them through Photoshop)... I've tried some compressors, but they never work. I even lowered the quality, but 50k seems almost impossible along with making it fluent. xD

I'm no pro at this kind of stuff, but would anyone mind giving me some advice or recommending some programs/websites that they use or might help.

If your GIFs are that large you are making them way too lenghty.
