old...but imo, the driver did not handle the situation responsibly.

I mean the kid was like 2 rows behind the driver and on her cell phone...but to refuse to let the kid off the bus...common...that can be considered Kidnapping or Forcible Confinement. And taking away the cell phone, that's Theft.

I hope that girl gets expelled from school, she wanted to leave the bus and the bus driver could have been responsible if something happened to the girl who left the bus, so she should be expelled from school because if she did that again and got off the bus and something happened, someone could loose their job. The girl who wanted to leave the bus, the bus drivers daughter, and the bus driver should all be charged with assault, and every single person on the bus should be charged with conspiracy to commit assault, because they never helped. The bus driver should also be charged with theft of that cell phone, and all the kids also should be charged for leaving the bus without bus drivers permission, so conspiracy to commit a crime for someone to loose a job.

Yeah, that girl wasn't justified in what she did, blah, blah, blah... I used to be the male equivalent of that girl in middle school, getting into fights with every authority figure I could find. I still get the urge to eff with security and the sort. That girl may have been spoiled, but at the end when the busdriver starts going at it with her because the girl was trying to get the cell phone that was stolen from her by the busdriver in the first place... That's why that woman is a busdriver. No common sense.

Also, am I the only one who finds it hilarious when the busdriver's daughter just starts screaming at the girl. I loled.
